What Is a DBQ?

A DBQ (Disability Benefits Questionnaire) is the standardized medical form that VA-contracted examiners use to evaluate your disability claim during a Compensation & Pension (C&P) exam. The examiner's answers on this form directly determine your disability rating percentage and monthly compensation amount.
